K-ETA (Korea Electronic Travel Authorization)
Nationals of countries/regions eligible for visa-free entry are required to get K-ETA approval to board the flight bound for the Republic of Korea. K-ETA approval should be applied at least 72 hours prior to boarding the flight bound. You can apply for K-ETA website (www.k-eta.go.kr) or mobile app (K-ETA).

Invitation Letter
The invitation letter can be downloaded from the Registration Information on My Page after completing the registration with full payment of your registration fee.
If you need a notarized invitation letter, you must apply for the notarized application in the registration process.
Please note that ASCVTS 2023 Busan will not issue guarantee letters to participants for visa purposes.
